| This cold winter (for Dallas) just won't quit. My wife spotted this one today on the way back from getting her shots at the allergy clinic. Although we did not have an ice storm, this running fountain and several days of lows and highs in the 20's caused this freeze-up. Unusual, to say the least, for Dallas.
