feb15.jpg - I decided to go back and try an apple photo again. Turns out they look nice when you slice them the other way as well. I had no idea the star-shaped center on every apple I sliced (five different varieties). This one was best, though all were nice. This is a Granny Smith green apple.Things I would do differently: Nothing.Mods: None.

$One of my coffee cups has this very fractured bottom, which I attempted to isolate and photograph. There's a bit of a reflection here, so maybe in the future I can diffuse the light more- it's actually a difficult picture since the surface is shiny.Things I would do differently: Diffuse the light more:Mods: Desaturated (B&W), Dodging to darken the hot spot.$
