That shot was prettier yet, but I like this one quite a lot, too. That's sunset key in the background- a nice backdrop, but I like the see the sun 'enter' the water. Normally I pull them, but this one flowered before I had a chance, and I thought it was kind of pretty, so I took it in macro mode, which has the effect of isolating the flowers from a blurrier background. Taken with my camera phone under harsh light, I had to squeeze in close to get the shot since it was parked very close to a handicapped parking sign. The pole is *barely* out of the photo. I managed to saw out the low-hanging branches, but I have a broken toe, and cannot climb around a tree to get the high stuff. Enter Lloyd- he volunteered his help and power chainsaw, and got the high (and heavy stuff) down to the ground so we could tote it off to the creek in the back. Nice to have a good neighbor!
